Charles and Amy Anderson refinanced their warehouse and workshop at 1101 and 1103 Sterwin St. in Springdale on March 22 with a $461,000 loan from Arkansas National Bank.
The 3,500-SF facility at 1101 Sterwin St. is leased to Wash Specialties, and the 7,000-SF workshop at 1103 Sterwin St. is leased to Drive Train Specialties. The larger building contains three work bays. Both properties are located on a one-acre parcel in the Palmer-Freeman Subdivision.
Drive Train is moving to a new facility at the end of the year, and the Andersons are seeking tenants to replace them.
