DMT Refinances Siloam Holdings

Dale Moten, through his company Dale Moten Transportation Services Inc. of Siloam Springs, refinanced his property along Lincoln and Kenwood streets and used the land as collateral for a line of credit.

The $1.6 million deal was financed by Arkansas National Bank of Springdale and included loans of $865,034 and $700,000 on April 22.

Among the properties were a 6,000-SF garage and office and 3,500-SF service garage at 903 Lincoln St. that appraised for $285,290 in 1998; a 0.4-acre undeveloped tract at 996 Lincoln St. that Moten bought in two parcels for $25,000 in 1994; a 4,341-SF commercial building at 995 S. Lincoln St. appraised at $313,500 in 1997; a 5,560-SF service garage at 1217 E. Kenwood St. appraised at $71,000 in 1998 and a mobile home and 1.41 acres at 1219 E. Kenwood St. valued at $38,370 in 1998.
