Insty-Prints Needs Instant Room to Grow

McIlroy Bank & Trust Co. of Fay-etteville is financing Michael Andrews’ $400,000 construction of his new Insty-Prints store at 659 Appleby Road in Fayetteville. The printing services business has outgrown its 2,000 SF of space at 1717 N. College Ave. and needs the 6,000 SF under construction at its new site.

Andrews, the company’s owner, plans to have the new office include a customer conference room, a self-service Xerox color copier and a Direct-a-Plate system that will give Insty-Prints very high resolution printing plate capabilities.

Architectural Contracts Inc. is the general contractor at the site that includes two-thirds of an acre.
