Bill Schwyhart and Collins Haynes of Hart and Haynes LLC on June 1 secured a loan of $1.3 million from Community Bank of North Arkansas in Fayetteville for a new office building in Rogers.
The 13,310-SF building will be located at 5431 Pinnacle Point Drive. It’s target date for completion is some time this fall. The offices, which have a minimum size requirement of 1,000 SF, will be custom suited for tenants.
