Back in August, Whispers mentioned a Logan’s Roadhouse will go in the former Oscar’s Steakhouse in Rogers’ Scottsdale Center. A spokesman for Logan’s said there was “a lot of work to be completed on the building.”
Turns out, that was a slight understatement. Logan’s will tear down the existing structure and build a 6,500-SF steakhouse with a small bar area.
On Sept. 6, Jeff Purvis, construction project manager for Logan’s, told Rogers city planners construction should wrap up Feb. 13, and the planned opening date is March 5.
The Planning Commission approved Logan’s request for a conditional-use permit to operate a private club at the new restaurant.
