Goodwill Industries Hires Brian Marsh As COO

Goodwill Industries of Arkansas has hired Brian Marsh in a newly created position as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Prior to joining Goodwill, Marsh served as Vice President at Envirotest, a vehicle emissions testing company. His duties included full management and P&L responsibility for the Colorado Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program.

He managed 20 facilities, more than 350 personnel with annual revenues of over $31 million and the performance of more than 1.5 million annual tests.

He also served as Director of Deployment and Support at Essilor Laboratories. While at Essilor, Marsh was responsible for the deployment, support and training of all technologies and operations in 140 locations across the United States and Mexico.

At Goodwill, Marsh will oversee Human Resources, Workforce Development, Communications, Facilities, Information Technology, and Loss Prevention & Safety Teams in support of an organization-wide strategic plan.
