Simmons First Promotes Two In Little Rock Market
Simmons First National Bank has promoted Steve Wade to Arkansas Regional Chairman and C. Adam Mitchell to Little Rock Community President.

Wade joined Simmons First in 2001 and previously held the position of Community Chairman of the Central and North Arkansas Regions as well as Little Rock Community President. Wade has more than 30 years of banking experience, 24 of which have been in the Little Rock market. He has also worked in Memphis, Tennessee.
Wade is a native of Little Rock and graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and holds an MBA from the University of Arkansas Graduate School. He attended the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree.
Mitchell has been promoted to Little Rock Community President. He previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Community Executive of the Little Rock Region of Simmons First National Bank. Mitchell has more than 15 years of banking experience in Arkansas with more than 11 years with Simmons First.
Mitchell is a graduate of Hendrix College and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He has attended the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking, the Risk Management Association Lending School in New Orleans, Louisiana and the Risk Management Association Real Estate Lending School in Little Rock, Arkansas.
