Tom Leonard To Head PriceWaterhouseCooper Little Rock Office

PwC US (PriceWaterhouseCooper) announced that Tom Leonard, a 16-year veteran of the firm, has been appointed to managing partner for its Little Rock office.

Leonard succeeds Pierre-Alain Sur, who has relocated to New York.

Prior to joining PwC’s Little Rock office in 2007, Leonard served clients in the Philadelphia and Florham Park, New Jersey offices where he worked with a variety of public and private clients from multinational corporations to high-growth start-ups, providing advice on Sarbanes-Oxley implementations, mergers, debt offerings, IPOs, annual audits and quarterly reviews.  Additionally, he also worked in the firm’s National Risk and Quality Group where he provided consultation on complex technical accounting matters to PwC professionals and clients.  Leonard also instructs technical accounting courses and has co-authored telecommunications training material for PwC professionals.

Leonard is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Arkansas, Colorado, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Texas.  He received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from La Salle University.
