Democratic Rep. Mike Ross’ communications director, Brad Howard, is moving to a new post.
Howard will become the communications director for the Blue Dog Coalition in the House of Representatives. Dustin Smith will be the new communications director for Ross.
Smith, an Arkansas native and Henderson State University graduate, has been with Congressman Ross for more than 5 years and is based in the Pine Bluff office.
