National commercial real estate firm Collett is spearheading a $65 million, 400,000 sq. ft. shopping center in Conway. The Lewis Crossing Shopping Center is now under construction at the southeast quadrant of I-40 and Dave Ward Boulevard.

Developers say the shopping center project is expected to open in the fall 2016.

The development will anchored by Sam’s Wholesale, Academy Sports, Ross Dress For Less, Bed Bath & Beyond, Michaels Arts and Crafts, Ulta, Petco, Dollar Tree, Aspen Dental, AT&T and David’s Burgers.

Collett is headquartered in Charlotte, NC, and has offices in Greenville, SC, and Dallas, TX.

Roger Cole of Elrod Real Estate of Little Rock is serving as the local leasing agent for Lewis Crossing, and Garrett Excavating of Hot Springs is performing all site improvements.
