‘Family Business Evolution’ focus of UAFS event

The June 24 quarterly breakfast and semi-annual conference of the Family Enterprise Center at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith will feature guest speaker Myron A. Harvey, founder and president of Human Capital Consulting Group Inc. in Naples, Fla.
 
Harvey will speak on “Who Will Lead and How During Turbulent Times and Beyond” at the 7:30 a.m. breakfast, and will conduct a workshop from 9:30-11:30 a.m. titled “Developing Leadership and Selecting the Next Generation.”

The event will be held in the Latture Conference Center of the Business and Industrial Institute on the UA Fort Smith campus. Registration should be completed by June 19. There is no charge to FEC members for the breakfast or the conference. Fee for non-members is $10 for the breakfast meeting only or $45 for the breakfast and conference. The Family Enterprise Center at the UA Fort Smith College of Business was established to assist in the growth and success of family businesses in the Fort Smith area through educational programs, to support relationships between other family businesses and service providers and to provide a forum that promotes family business in the community.
