Medical Assets Holding Company names Jay Meador as president
Medical Assets Holding Company (MAHC) announced Monday (July 27) that Jay Meador has joined the company as president.
Meador joined the MAHC team in July 2026 following a career of more than 20 years in commercial banking that spanned production, management and executive leadership. In his new role, he will help guide strategy, growth and day-to-day operations across MAHC’s portfolio of businesses.
“Jay brings the kind of operating discipline and relationship-driven leadership that has defined his career in banking, and that is exactly what this next chapter for MAHC calls for,” said Rodney Thomason, CEO of MAHC. “He understands how businesses grow, and he understands this market. We are glad to have him leading our team.”
Meador is active across the Little Rock business and nonprofit community. He serves as vice chairman of the board of Goodwill Industries of Arkansas, sits on the Executive Committee of the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce as membership chair, and is a board member of Economics Arkansas.
He holds an undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
“I am extremely excited to be joining MAHC and work alongside such an experienced group of professionals,” Meador said. “Rodney and his team have assembled a diverse portfolio of operating companies with a strong track record of success, and I’m looking forward to contributing to the momentum they have created and driving new growth as we look ahead.”
