$3.2M auto repair shop, $1.3M residence top property deals
FCPT Holdings LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County from May 15 to June 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. It spent $3.263 million on an auto repair shop and office. The deal was completed on June 5.
Bhageeradh and Monica Mulpur made the second most significant real estate purchase in the county during the period. They bought a house for $1.3 million and the deal was completed June 2.
In the third-largest transaction in the county, Gary Morrison and Stacy Hall bought a house in Sloan Lake Estates. The deal was for $1.2 million and was completed on May 20.
