Katie Spencer’s best friend, Lindsey Bowman, decided to rebrand her consulting business and with Spencer’s help she opened The Polish Agency in Jonesboro. Although they did work together, the friends knew that being full partners in the endeavor might strain their friendship.

Spencer helped her create systems with Polish. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck in 2020, it was a boon for the company because many businesses needed to develop an online presence to survive.

By 2024, Bowman had three children, and the company was taking up a lot of her time, so Spencer bought Polish from her. The company specializes in business marketing, consulting, media, social media and branding.

During the last year, the company made some staff changes and started to have a presence in Northwest Arkansas.
