Michael Walters

Michael Dan Walters, aged 73, passed away on January 21, 2026. He was born on April 9, 1952 in Denton, Texas to Dan and Jeanette Walters.

Michael was a member of Plainview Baptist Church in Krum, Texas and was a Master Mason with Lovefield Lodge in Dallas. He loved his wife and the Beatles.

He is survived by wife Peggy Walters of the home; sons Brandon Walters and wife Michelle of Krugerville, Texas, and Jason Walters and wife Jennifer of Celina, Texas; stepson Mark Berg of Fort Smith, Arkansas; stepdaughter Rachel Acord of Tennessee; and six grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jeanette, Haleigh, and Jacob Walters, and Ariyah and Jaykcub Wagner.

Michael is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Sherry Raffety.
