Chelsea Abagail Petet

Chelsea Abagail Petet, 36, of Van Buren passed away Thursday, January 8, 2026 in Van Buren. She was a Utilization Management Intake Coordinator for Blue Cross Blue Shield. She enjoyed crocheting, reading her favorite supernatural books; she was an animal lover, and extraordinary story teller, with a great sense of humor. She was a dragon, anyone who knew her knows what that means. She was preceded in death by her parents Jerry and Debra (Ruble) Petet.

She is survived by four sisters, Amy Pearson, Shannon (Shay) Nelson, Lisa Spencer and Lori Gillispie; two brothers, Bryan Huls and Jason Petet; and numerous family members.

Cremation Arrangement are under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren. Memorial service will be held at a later date.
