Clifton Robert Jameson
Clifton Robert “Rob” Jameson was born on a Monday morning, April 10, 1959, to Clifton and Wilma (White) Jameson. He brought joy into their hearts from the very beginning. Rob entered into the presence of God on December 9, 2025.
Rob faced challenges throughout his life as he navigated relationships and connection due to Asperger’s, yet he loved his family deeply—and they fully understood the depth of that love.
A talented artist and cartoonist, Rob expressed himself beautifully through his creativity. His greatest passion, however, was music. That love led him to a career in radio during a time when disc jockeys spoke to their listeners personally before introducing each song. He cherished being behind the microphone, communicating with others while finding comfort and peace in the solitude of the studio.
Rob was preceded in death by his father, Clifton Jameson; his maternal grandparents, Ruth (Shelby) and Dow White; and his paternal grandparents, Clyde and Edith (VanCleave) Jameson.
Those who will miss him dearly are his mother, Wilma Jameson; his sister, Lynne (Roger) Graham; his daughter, Charity (Nick) Snyder; and his grandchildren, Caoime and Calvin Snyder. He also leaves behind a large extended family, including two aunts and many cousins.
Rob’s life touched others in quiet but meaningful ways, and he will be lovingly remembered. A memorial service may be scheduled at a later date.
