Jimmy Dale Franklin, 74, of Fort Smith Arkansas passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2025 in a Fort Smith hospital. He was born December 2, 1951 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Raymond Joe Franklin and Ruby Caldwell. He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and siblings. A funeral service will be held at the McConnell Funeral Home, with a visitation scheduled prior to the service.
