Rae Dee Kelley

Rae Dee Kelley, 72, of Greenwood, Arkansas passed away Sunday, December 7, 2025 in Fort Smith. She was born April 26, 1953 in Fulton, New York to Vance and Rae Moore. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by three sons, James “Jamie” Kelley and wife, Misty, David Kelley and Larry Kelley and wife, Stacey; one sister, Lynn McMillen; her former husband, James Riley Kelley; five grandchildren, Cynthia, Shelby, Alex, Hayden and Riley; and two great grandchildren, Jayce and Lyla. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Vance Moore, and a daughter, Cynthia Rae Kelley.

The family will hold a private memorial service. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.
