Bentonville-based outdoor apparel company LIVSN Designs recently kicked off its second equity crowdfunding campaign on Wefunder. The campaign allows investors to own company shares and earn perks.

In 2022, LIVSN raised $419,631 from 474 investors in the first Wefunder campaign.

“Since our last Wefunder campaign in 2022, we’ve made some major strides,” said Andrew Gibbs-Dabney, CEO and founder of LIVSN Designs. “We’ve doubled our revenue, brought design in-house, opened our flagship store, and earlier this year, we completed our B Corp certification.”

When the new Wefunder campaign launched on Oct. 22, it had already raised over $300,000 in a private raise period from past investors. As of Oct. 27, the campaign had raised $355,700 from over 98 investors. The minimum investment is $100.

“We believe in building not just a brand, but a community,” Gibbs-Dabney said. “By bringing our supporters in as shareholders, we’re aligning incentives and deepening the connection between our customers and the products they use every day. It’s an opportunity for anyone who shares our vision to own a piece of it.”

The money raised in the campaign will be used to expand product offerings, scale distribution, and invest in materials and manufacturing.

According to the campaign website, LIVSN’s revenue rose by 6.2% to more than $2.01 million in 2024 from $1.9 million in 2023. More information is available online at wefunder.com/livsndesigns. The goal is to close the campaign in late November, but it will remain open as long as there’s investor interest, a company spokesman said.

LIVSN has six full-time and three interns/part-time employees.
