William Lloyd Graham entered into presence of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 13th 2025. William was born October 7, 1931 in Fort Smith Arkansas to Tackett Willam Graham and Alice Palestine (Sullivan) Graham. William was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 67 years Verna Faye (Lowder) Graham and his parents.

Willam faithfully served his country as an Army field artillery plotter during the Korean War. Upon returning home he met his future wife Verna Faye at Trinity Baptist church in Fort Smith, beginning a lifelong partnership rooted in God, faith and love. William went on serving his community as a dedicated postal worker for 34 years in Van Buren, earning the million mile postal honor.

A devoted follower of Christ, William served as both a children’s Sunday School teacher and deacon at First Baptist Church in Van Buren. His quiet strength and deep faith were evident in all aspects of his life.

His biggest joy was in his role as father to Gaye and Roger. He fixed anything Gaye brought to him and he passed on his skills in home building and woodworking to his son and grandsons, and more importantly, he instilled in his family the importance of trusting God in all things.
