Rockin’ Dopsie & The Zydeco Twisters in Concert

Wildwood Park for the Arts celebrates summer Cajun-style on Thursday, June 27^th with Rockin’ Dopsie, Jr. & The Zydeco Twisters. The concert will be indoors within Wildwood’s Lucy Locket Cabe Festival Theatre with VIP and reserved seating options. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at 6:00pm to enjoy the outdoor picnic areas and gardens of the Park before the concert starts at 8pm indoors. Refreshments will also be sold during the concert. Proceeds will support the creation of Wildwood’s new jazz series.

Zydeco music is a bubbling, melodic gumbo concocted from Cajun/Acadian music, Afro-Caribbean rhythms and melodies, and blues. This funky and highly danceable music has broken out of its Southern Louisiana breeding ground to enjoy widespread popularity throughout the world.
 

Tickets for reserved seating are $35. $65 VIP Tickets include inside gate parking, complimentary welcome cocktail, and access to the VIP bar of beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the concert.
