Percussion Concert at UAFS

The Percussion Ensemble and Marimba Band at the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith invite you to their spring concert for an evening of music you won’t soon forget. These musicians are an energetic breath of fresh air that provides the audience with a unique experience not found elsewhere in the River Valley. Director Joshua J. Knight has designed a diverse program that features lovely melodic tunes on an array of keyboard instruments, as well as interesting compositions such as “Music for Pieces of Wood” by Steve Reich.
