Stark to lead student recruitment at ATU-Ozark
Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus has named alumna Dani Stark of Ozark the coordinator of student recruitment.
Stark, who graduated from ATU-Ozark in 2012 and is now pursuing a bachelor’s degree in public relations at the Russellville campus, previously served as an administrative specialist for the Career Pathways Initiative.
“As a graduate of this campus, and as a student who balances schoolwork and everyday life, I understand the real-world challenges our students face,” Stark said.
“When I tell prospective students how much our faculty cares about their students, how helpful our staff is in the Office of Student Services or that our award-winning programs lead to good-paying careers, they’ll know I’m speaking from experience.”
While a student at ATU-Ozark, Stark served as president for the Student Government Association and was a member of Rotaract, the campus’ Rotary-sponsored student organization.
She and her husband, Mat, have a son, Tanner, and are expecting a baby girl, Adyson, later this week.
