Colliers Arkansas names new principals, shareholders
Commercial real estate firm Colliers Arkansas recently announced several additions to its leadership team. New principals include Kim Battle, Mason Lewis, Justin Bentley in the Little Rock office and Megan Murdock in the Rogers office.
Battle, director of property management, joined the firm in 2007 as a property manager and was named shareholder in 2013. A Texas native, she and her husband, Raymond, live in Little Rock and are parents of three children and grandparents of four granddaughters.
Lewis, vice president of the Colliers SnyderCarlton Team, began his career with Colliers on the brokerage team in 2010. He was named shareholder in 2018 and became affiliated with the SnyderCarlton Team in 2020. He and his wife, Kati Beth, live in Little Rock with their four children.
Bentley joined the firm in 2012 as an assistant property manager, moved to the brokerage team in 2013 and was named shareholder in 2018. He and his wife, Hannah, are North Little Rock residents and parents of three children.
Murdock, executive portfolio manager in the Colliers Northwest Arkansas office, joined the firm as a property manager in 2014 and was named shareholder in 2019. She lives in Siloam Springs with her husband, Bradford, and two children.
Several new shareholders were also announced, including Emily Burke, Casi Runnells, Clark Irwin, Bradford Gaines and Katy Raines, all in the Little Rock office.
Burke joined Colliers as assistant property manager in 2016 and was promoted to executive portfolio manager in 2022. She and her husband, Ben, live in Sherwood with their daughter.
Runnells joined the firm in 2011 as a property manager and moved to the brokerage team in 2014. She and her husband, Matt, live in North Little Rock and are parents to three children.
Irwin began his career in brokerage at Irwin Partners in 2011 and joined the Colliers brokerage team upon the two firms’ merger in 2016. He and his wife Megan are Little Rock residents and the parents of two sons.
Gaines has served as director of new developments for the firm since 2019. He and his wife, Carrie, live in Little Rock with their three children.
Raines, creative director and director of research, began her career at Colliers as a graphic designer in 2014. She was promoted to her current positions in 2018. She and her husband, Holden, are North Little Rock residents.
