An art form more than 2000 years old is back on the list of popular dances.  Belly dancing is a great work-out for the pelvis, abdomen, hips, spine and neck.  All levels of fitness welcome at this one-day workshop to learn the basic elements and routines.  Comfortable clothing recommended, scarves provided.
