Meditation Techniques

by  () 33 views

“Meditation” is a general term for a wide range of techniques by which practitioners consciously control and direct their attention so as to alter their states of consciousness. In general, meditative techniques lead you to still the mind, emotions, and nervous system during the meditation, thus relieving day to day stress and bringing the physical body to a deep state of relaxation and rejuvenation. With consistent practice over time, you can enjoy many cumulative positive effects on your physical and mental health. With training from Suzanne Parnell you can achieve this calmness, and when combined with Qigong, it can lead to well being of body as well as mind.
