Shred Day

Looking for a safe way to shred your personal information or tax documents?  The Van Buren Public Library has teamed up with Keep Van Buren Beautiful and Hopeline from Verizon Wireless to bring this community event to you.  J & L Paper Shredding will be donating their time and equipment for individuals to rid themselves of paper clutter for FREE!  Security containers will be available for your shred material and will be shredded on site at the end of the event.  There will also be collection points for used cell phones.  Hopeline from Verizon Wireless uses donated cell phones for victims of domestic violence.  For specifics on acceptable shred material or requirements for donating a cell phone, please call 474-6045.  This is a free event, open to individuals only.  Companies are encouraged to contact J & L Paper Shredding for an estimate.
