-Deborah DeCorrevant- Learn to relax your body and mind. Yoga exercises can improve flexibility, body alignment, strength and coordination. Students at all levels welcome but are expected to be reasonably fit and able to manage basic postures. This class may be shared with UAFS students and employees. Mats provided.
