Rudolph named community outreach director at ATU-Ozark
Laura Rudolph has been named director of Community Outreach at Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus.
Rudolph began her career at ATU-Ozark in 1996 as an administrative assistant to the chancellor, and most recently served as the director of Public and External Relations. She has led numerous marketing and public relations initiatives that have reshaped the university’s image and helped it become one of the fastest growing institutions in the region.
Chancellor Jo Alice Blondin said, “Laura has done such a fantastic job in both community and public relations, and the work she has done in this area has resulted in enrollment growth and increased regional impact. Laura has singlehandedly branded our campus in the communities we serve, and Arkansas Tech-Ozark’s name would not be well known and recognized without her efforts.
“As the enrollment has grown, so have Rudolph’s duties, and it is the best interest of the campus to create the director of Community Outreach position, which will be separate from the public information officer/media relations position. Rudolph will be working with Ken Warden, chief business and community outreach officer, to ensure that our campus is doing all it can to help the communities we serve.”
A native of Ozark, Rudolph resides in Ozark with her husband, Kale. They have three children.
