In its 26th year, the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal is proud to present another standout class of up-and-coming professionals under 40.

This year’s Forty Under 40 class includes men and women who have already made a name for themselves in their fields and are worth watching for their future contributions to the business community.

This year’s program again attracted a deep nomination pool from various industries. In choosing the winners, the Business Journal editorial staff looked for candidates who excel professionally and are actively involved in and giving back to the community.

“It is an impressive group of leaders who have achieved professional success and made significant civic contributions at an early age,” Business Journal editor Paul Gatling said. “To make Northwest Arkansas an even better place to live and work, they face challenges head-on and pursue opportunities and passions. The Northwest Arkansas Business Journal is proud to recognize their achievements.”

The Forty Under 40 is not a one-shot program, and nominations are accepted year-round. If you nominated someone who wasn’t selected this year, submit a nomination for them again next year. Visit nwabusinessjournal.com and click on the “Best in Class” tab. The rest is easy.

Congratulations to the 2022 Forty Under 40 class. We’re proud to bring you a glimpse of where they came from, where they are and where they’re headed. It is our sincere hope that our readers enjoy the finished product.
