Although gluten is derived from wheat,
simply avoiding wheat products does not
guarantee a gluten free diet. Foods such as
ketchup and ice cream are sometimes injected
with gluten to increase stability. In this
lecture, Tina Stark wll help us discover foods
that are truly gluten free and the benefits of a
