Northeast Arkansas Federal Credit Union to become Success Credit Union

Northeast Arkansas Federal Credit Union will change its name and new brand strategy as part of an on-going focus in Northeast Arkansas and the Southeast Missouri region.
NEAFCU is now Success Credit Union. The company has operated in the region for 60 years.
“Our new name is a continued focus on our commitment to our members, our employees, and our community,” said Sherry Gray, President and CEO of Success Credit Union. “We’re independent, financially strong, and passionate about serving our local community. We want our members to have a strong connection to a financial institution that cares about them and their continued success.”
The name change and updated branding strategy will not affect the daily operations of the credit union or have any impact to its membership.
“While our brand and logo will look different, our commitment remains the same: empowering our members to improve their financial well-being and succeed,” added Jennifer Fancher, Director of Marketing and Business Development. “Our members will continue to receive exceptional products and services, and we’re excited to introduce the Success Credit Union difference to a new generation of members.”
Along with a new name, Success Credit Union has launched an updated website — successcreditunion.com — with a new website to follow that will offer improved navigation and expanded financial education and resources. In addition to the new name launch, Success Credit Union opened a new branch in Paragould at 2909 Linwood Drive.
Success Credit Union originally began as Blytheville Federal Credit Union after mergers with Arkansas State University and St. Bernards. It now serves more than 25,000 members throughout the Northeast Arkansas area and other neighboring communities.
Success Credit Union hired marketing firm Group Five West out of Little Rock to handle the name change and rebranding. Group Five West is a full-service marketing and advertising firm that has been in business since 1969.
