Rose Law Firm adds three as partners
Rose Law Firm has named Mark Murphey Henry, Adam Hopkins and Madeline Taylor as members of the law firm effective February 1. The firm is a full service business law firm with locations in Little Rock and Fayetteville.
Henry and Hopkins, formerly of Henry Law Firm, joined Rose Law Firm in late 2017 thereby creating one of the state’s largest intellectual property legal team protecting trademarks, patents, copyrights and trade secrets, according to a Rose Law Firm news release.
With more than two decades of experience in complex federal litigation, Henry is a registered patent attorney and trial attorney protecting universities, agriculture companies, software and retail start-ups, and multi-national corporations having valuable intellectual property rights across the U.S.
In addition to his work in intellectual property, agricultural law and complex litigation, Hopkins participates in the eDiscovery field and manages discovery matters involving electronically stored information, structure data and technology assisted review.
Taylor, who has worked in the Little Rock office since 2016, advises clients on general corporate matters including financing issues, mergers and acquisitions and the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.
Prior to joining Rose Law Firm, Taylor practiced in Oklahoma at a business law firm then later served as in-house corporate counsel in the energy industry. Upon moving to Arkansas, she received the highest score on the Arkansas bar examination. She earned a Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree from Princeton University.
