McLarty Daniel Ford will break ground on a 46,000-square-foot building to replace the dealership’s existing building at 2609 S. Walton Boulevard in Bentonville. On Thursday (Nov. 16), the dealership will host a groundbreaking ceremony for the $10 million building, which will be built on the 10.4-acre lot where the existing building is located.

“Thanks to our loyal customers and hardworking employees, we’ve continued to experience strong growth at our McLarty Daniel Ford store,” said Russ Daniel, managing partner. “It’s time to invest in a new facility, so we can maintain the very best customer service possible.”

During construction, the existing dealership will continue to operate and will be removed for parking after the new building is completed. When complete, it will employ 100 people, increasing the total number of employees to 300 in the McLarty Daniel dealership group in Northwest Arkansas. The dealership now has 82 employees.

“We are committed to enhancing our customers’ experience,” said Jason Hooe, general manager of McLarty Daniel Ford. “This new facility will allow us to meet that goal — whether we’re helping clients in sales or services.”

McLarty Daniel is a company of RML Automotive Holdings — a $1.6 billion operation based in Little Rock and Dallas and has 22 dealerships with 47 franchises across the South Central, Southeast and Midwest.
