FirstLight Home Care of Fort Smith, Northwest Arkansas and South Tulsa, Okla., recently received the company’s 2025 Quality Assured Award and Growth Awards.

The three FirstLight Home Care franchise territories are owned by Keith and Raelene Plummer of Springdale, and their son, Chris Plummer, of Tulsa.

According to a news release, the Plummers were recognized at FirstLight’s national conference for their commitment to quality care, operational excellence and growth across their territories. The Quality Assured Award recognizes franchisees with the highest number of Activated Insights Best of Home Care awards, taking into account their Net Promoter Score and client satisfaction ratings.

In 2025, the Northwest Arkansas territory achieved $1 million in year-over-year growth, while the South Tulsa location reached $2 million in annual revenue for the first time.

The Plummers opened the company’s first Northwest Arkansas office in 2018. Across their three franchises, there are 190 staff, including 50 Arkansas employees.

“Our caregivers are the heart of quality assurance,” Keith Plummer said. “We treat our caregivers like family, invest in their development, and hold ourselves to the highest standards. That commitment to people is what drives everything we do.”

Founded in 2009, FirstLight has more than 300 locations in 39 states. The company provides non-medical home care services and custom support, such as companionship, memory care, assistance with daily living activities and veteran care.
