Teslar Software, a fintech company serving community financial institutions, recently opened its new headquarters at 2140 Orange Drive in Springdale.
The three-story, 50,000-square-foot class A office building was developed through a joint venture between Teslar CEO Joe Ehrhardt and C.L. George and Sons LP, comprising George’s Inc. chairman Gary George and his sister, Cathy (George) Evans, in partnership with Cushman & Wakefield / Sage Partners, which has offices in Little Rock and Rogers.
In August 2024, the city of Springdale issued a commercial building permit valued at $6.9 million for the 4.1-acre property near the southwest corner of Gene George Boulevard and Apple Road, north of Arvest Ballpark.
Teslar is the building’s anchor tenant, and Burns & McDonnell, a 100% employee-owned design and construction company with over 75 offices worldwide, is leasing space in the building. Amenities include a fitness center, indoor and outdoor event space, and basketball and pickleball courts. The building is 81% leased. One remaining first-floor suite comprising 8,662 square feet is available for lease at $32 per square foot.
By mid-summer, the building will have more than 100 people working there.
Milestone Construction of Springdale was the builder, and BiLD Architects of Fayetteville was the design firm. Ali Karr with Crafton Tull in Rogers was the site engineer. Green Forest-based Anstaff Bank provided a five-year loan of $10 million.
