Pediatrics Plus, a company that provides pediatric healthcare and therapy services across Arkansas, Texas, Missouri and Oklahoma, has opened its newest Farm in Searcy. This latest opening marks the organization’s fifth Farm location in Arkansas and its first in Northeast Arkansas. The company has operations in Bryant, Cabot, Conway and Rogers.

The Farm model combines therapy services, including occupational therapy (OT), physical therapy (PT), speech-language therapy (ST) and applied behavior analysis (ABA), with immersive, outdoor experiences to help patients learn and grow in real-world environments.

“We are proud to expand our specialized therapy model to northeast Arkansas,” said Scott Street, CEO of Pediatrics Plus. “The Farm allows our team to move beyond traditional clinical settings into an environment where children can build confidence and independence through hands-on experiences. We are grateful for the support from this community and look forward to serving families across the region.”

Each Farm location by Pediatrics Plus features a fully functioning farmhouse with a high stim and low stim gym and outdoor spaces including a barn, chicken coop and sensory gardens with a greenhouse, where children can develop motor, communication, and life skills through purposeful play. They can feed and groom animals, collect eggs, plant and harvest gardens — all while gaining transferable skills in an environment designed to help them conquer their world.

“Projects like this demonstrate what’s possible when innovation rises up to meet the needs of a community,” said Rep. U.S. Rep. French Hill. “Pediatrics Plus is creating new opportunities for children and families in Arkansas by delivering high-quality care in a setting that allows kids to learn through experience, engagement, and exploration. This investment in Searcy will have a lasting impact on the surrounding communities.”
