Attorney Andrew Nadzam will seek Circuit Judge, Division Four seat in the Second Judicial District. The district includes Clay, Craighead, Crittenden, Greene, Mississippi, and Poinsett counties.
Nadzam is a deputy prosecuting attorney in Craighead County handling felony cases. He has felony jury trial experience from all sides of the courtroom, including serving as a deputy prosecuting attorney, formerly as a criminal defense attorney, and former public defender.
His jury trial experience includes multiple murders, fentanyl trafficking, rape, sexual assault, aggravated robbery, and battery.
Additionally, he is in private practice and has offices in Jonesboro and Highland where his practice includes estate planning, probate, trusts, family law, guardianships, and adoptions.
He serves as a board member of the Craighead County Law Library appointed by Craighead County Judge Marvin Day and confirmed by the Craighead County Quorum Court. He is a past president and past vice-president of the Craighead County Bar Association (CCBA).
