Mark Alan McCarville

Mark Alan McCarville, 67, of Chester, AR passed away peacefully in his home on January 7, 2026. He was born in Winfield, KS on December 26, 1958. He was preceded in death by his father, Larry McCarville; a daughter, Rebekah Thompson and her unborn child; a grandson, Sawyer Jones.

He is survived by three daughters, Kelly Elliott and husband Matt of Van Buren, Jessica Jones and Shannon McCarville both of Chester; two sons, Matthew McCarville and wife Mikayla of Alma and Mark McCarville of Chester; his mother, Wilma McCarville; four sisters, Deborah Adams, Bonnie Scholtz, Karen Story and Janelle Parker; two brothers, Joel and Steve McCarville; seven grandchildren, Kayden, Piper, Jackson, Aspen, Declan, Archer and Bennet.

Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M Thursday January 15, 2026 at Apostolic Faith Church in Van Buren. The family will visit with relatives and friends from 4-6 P.M. on Wednesday January 14, 2026 at the church.
