Pamela S Thrailkill

Pamela Sue Thrailkill (Lively) 73 of Fort Smith Arkansas passed from this life on November 15th, 2025. She was born to Evelyn Lively (Estep) and Samuel Lively on July 10th, 1952, in Los Angeles, California.

Pamela spent her younger years raising her daughters and working as an EMT in Southern California before moving and spending the rest of her life in her beloved Arkansas. She loved the outdoors, it’s where she found her solitude. She was an animal lover and avid gardener, and playing in her flowers was one of her favorite past times. Pam was a fan and collector of all things Wizard of Oz, which she proudly displayed for all to enjoy, but what she cherished most, were her cats Daisy and Sissy, who will miss her dearly.

Pamela is preceded in death by her parents, Evelyn and Samuel Livley, her brother, Charles Lively and nephew, Charlie Lively.

Pamela leaves behind to cherish her memory daughters, Shauna Maher Weiss (Joseph) and Carol Maher (Tillie), sister Kathy Padilla (Eddie), brothers Alan Lively (Emily) and Sam Lively (Laurie), friend, David Haddox, sister-in-law Cathy Lively, grandsons Bryan Montoya (Toni) and Jacob Weiss, granddaughters Jessica Winfrey (Tyler) and Sidney Weiss, and great granddaughter Evelyn Montoya.

The family would like to thank Heart of Hospice, Fort Smith and Chapel Ridge Health & Rehab for their excellent care and support.

Funeral service will be Friday December 12th at 11:00am at Edward’s Funeral Home Chapel with visitation an hour prior beginning at 10:00am. Following the service, Pamela will be buried at Oak Cemetery in Fort Smith.
