James D. ‘Jim’ Cotner

James D. “Jim” Cotner, 91, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away Monday, December 8, 2025 in his home. He was born October 24, 1934 in Dayton, Arkansas to G.D. and Helen (Hickerson) Cotner. He was retired and is remembered for his contributions to his community and his family. James is survived by his loving family, including his wife, children, and grandchildren. Funeral arrangements will be held at McConnell Funeral Home.
