Evelyn Williams

Evelyn Williams, 95, of Van Buren, passed away on November 29, 2025. She was born on March 15, 1930, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Evelyn was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her three children, John Williams, Mary Smith, and Patricia Johnson; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Evelyn was known for her kindness and generosity, always putting her family first. A funeral service will be held on December 3, 2025, at 2 PM at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home in Van Buren, followed by a burial at the Fort Smith National Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on December 2, 2025, from 5 PM to 7 PM.
