Chandler Equipment, a Springdale-based manufacturer and supplier of truck accessories, announced Monday (Dec. 15) the acquisition of 50,000 square feet of facility space, a rebranding and leadership changes as it invests $14 million into growth.

The company has changed its name to Chandler Capital Group to reflect its expanded portfolio of brands and investments across the automotive and adventure industries. The company, which was established in 1978, will remain family-owned and operated.

The new name is the next step in the company’s long-term vision, uniting its brands under one umbrella as it continues to grow. Its brands include Chandler Truck Accessories, Backwoods Adventure Mods, Chandler Vac and Starwood Customs. The company acquired vehicle customization services provider Starwood Customs earlier this year.

As part of its growth, Chandler Capital Group recently acquired a 30,000-square-foot facility at 682 N. Dixieland St., Suite E, in Lowell that’s dedicated to the Chandler Truck Accessories and Chandler Vac divisions. The company also recently purchased a 20,000-square-foot research and development facility at 231 Albano Drive in Tontitown that’s dedicated to the Backwoods Adventure Mods division.

Chris Chandler, president and CEO of Chandler Capital Group, said the company is committing $14 million into its expansion of new space and automated machinery.

The company’s main campus comprises 7 acres and 82,000 square feet at 4180 W. Sunset Ave. in Springdale. The company’s Starwood Customs division operates in a 15,000-square-foot facility at 411 N. Goad Springs Road in Lowell. Including all four locations, the company operates in 147,000 square feet.

The company has also made several C-suite changes. Morgan Chandler, owner and board member, will be chief visionary officer. Jon Reynolds, vice president of operations, has been promoted to chief operating officer. Ryan Black, vice president of sales, has been named chief revenue officer. Stuart Howard, formerly with Tyson Foods, has joined the company as chief financial officer. Across its brands and divisions, the company has 120 employees, up from 90 at the start of 2025.

“This transformation represents both where we’ve come from and where we’re headed,” Chris Chandler said. “Our new name reflects the diverse portfolio of companies we’ve built and our commitment to investing in our people, products, and innovation. The new facilities position us to meet growing customer demand and continue creating world-class products right here in Northwest Arkansas.”
