TeLoa Faye Butler

TeLoa Faye Butler, 86, of Alma, AR passed away on November 21, 2025 in a local hospital. She was born October 5, 1939 in Healdton, OK to Troy and Viola (Langley) Holder. She was a 1958 graduate of Healdton High School and a graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State University and Indiana University at South Bend. She was a Licensed Professional Counselor and a former member and advisor for the Alpha Sigma Tau Sorority. TeLoa was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Heidi Sarratt and one sister, Sandra Chappell.

She is survived by two daughters, Allison Butler of Fort Smith and Heather Drinan and her fiancé Dewey of San Antonio, TX; two sons, Matthew Butler of Alma, AR and Michael Butler and his wife Melinda of Addis, LA; two sisters, Brenda Amos and her husband Robert of Canyon Lake, TX and Alicia Holder of Fort Smith; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two nieces, one nephew, one great niece, and many cousins.

Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Monday November 24, 2025 at Grace Community Church in Fort Smith with burial in Mount Olive Cemetery in Healdton, OK at 1:00 PM Tuesday November 25, 2025 under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith.

There will be a viewing one hour prior to the service on Monday.

Pallbearers will be Tristan, Jackson and Lee Sarratt and Mike Butler.
