Larry D. Crane

Larry D. Crane, 77, of Lavaca, AR, passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2025. He was born on January 18, 1948, to the late Glenn T. Crane and Louise Rochelle Crane. Larry was a graduate of Southside High School class 1966, a retired truck driver for Wortz Cracker Company, and a member of the Teamsters Union. He was U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of Oak Cliff Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Larry is preceded in death by a brother, Truman Crane and the mother of his children, Kathy Goodman Crane.

He is survived by his son, Brian Crane, daughter-in-law Bridget of Portland, OR; his daughter, Caroline Odle, son-in-law Chris of Fort Smith; and a sister, Mary Jo Roy of Fort Smith. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Isabella, Isaac and Aurora Odle.

Graveside service with military honors will be 10:00 am Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at the committal shelter of the Fort Smith National Cemetery.
