Evelyn Rose Minden

Evelyn Rose Minden, who resided in Charleston, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Greenhurst Nursing Center. She was born on December 28, 1946, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, to the late Carl Minden and Caroline (Krallman) Minden. She was 78 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Lorene McCullers; and three brothers, Charles, Jerome, and Herman Minden.

Evelyn was a full-time homemaker and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Rosary service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 4th, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Charleston, with Deacon Mark Verkamp officiating.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 5th, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Charleston, with Father Polycarp Ssebbowa officiating. Burial will follow at the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Charleston, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.

She is survived by a brother, Dennis Minden and wife Myra of Alma; three nieces; four nephews; several great nieces and nephews; two sister-in-laws, Mary Minden of Charleston and Judy Minden of Clarksville; and a brother-in-law, Randy McCullers of Fort Smith.

Pallbearers will be friends and family.
