AIPRO elects officers and board members

Members of the Arkansas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners (AIPRO) recently elected officers at the organization’s annual meeting in Little Rock.

The newly elected officers are:

• President Catherine Nobles, with MacFarlane Company – USA, LLC in El Dorado;
• Secretary Jason Carrington, with Flywheel Energy in Damascus; and
• Past President Jay Prudhomme, with Merit Energy Company in Dallas, Texas.

The membership also elected the following to serve two-year terms on the board of directors:

• Chris Rogers, with Mission Creek Resources in Magnolia;
• Howard Vernon, with Hanna Oil & Gas in Fort Smith;
• Andy Miller, with Flywheel Energy in Little Rock; and
• Dave Howald, with Flywheel Energy in Oklahoma City, Okla.

AIPRO represents all segments of the state’s oil and natural gas production community. The association promotes mineral exploration and production, and represents royalty owner interests.
