How significantly has technology impacted your work? Technology has been transforming my work by enabling greater efficiency, innovation, and data-driven decisions through tools like AI and automation. Looking ahead, embracing these advancements at any career stage is key for personal growth and to driving company success in an ever-evolving landscape.

What are some aspects of leadership you are still working to improve? I’m continually working to enhance my active listening and adaptability. While I strive to create an open environment for my team, I’m refining my ability to fully absorb diverse perspectives during high-pressure situations to ensure everyone feels heard. Additionally, I’m focusing on becoming more agile in navigating rapidly changing priorities. These areas of growth help me lead with greater empathy and effectiveness in dynamic settings.

Who are your favorite leaders, and why? Many leaders inpire me, but Sam Walton, the founder of Walmart, stands out for his relentless focus on people and customer-centric values. His philosophy of prioritizing employees and customers as the cornerstone of business success resonates deeply with me. Additionally, I admire leaders like Indra Nooyi, former CEO of PepsiCo, for her visionary strategic thinking and ability to balance innovation with empathy, inspiring teams to achieve bold goals while staying connected to their purpose.

What advice would you give someone wanting to be a leader in your industry? As you continue to progress in your career, always motivate, inspire, and appreciate your teams or they may go missing in action.

How do you handle pressure and stress in your leadership role? I manage pressure and stress by maintaining a balanced approach that prioritizes self-care and clear focus. I do not negotiate the dedicated time for family and regular practicing of physical exercises, which helps me recharge and stay grounded. By staying centered, I can lead with empathy, make informed decisions under pressure and provide support to my teams.

If you were not in your current role, what would you be doing? If I weren’t in my current role, I’d channel my passion for mentoring youth professionals or volunteer in community outreach programs. I’d focus on empowering individuals by sharing knowledge, fostering growth, and creating meaningful, lasting impact in their lives and communities.

What is the best business advice someone has ever given you? Listen to learn and lead by example. It transforms how I guide teams to success.
