Lillie Mae Beeler of Barling, Arkansas, formerly of Booneville, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, September 25, 2025, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on December 24, 1929, in Plumerville, Arkansas, to the late James Bolton Gross and Lela Minnie (Scoggins) Gross. She was 95 years old.

Lillie was a homemaker.

Burial of cremains will be at Fort Smith National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

She is survived by her husband of 79 years, Joseph W. Beeler; two daughters, Marie Reeves (Patrick) and Jean Strike (Stanley); a son, James Beeler; a sister, Betty Ruth Williams; (7) grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
